1. SHIPPING & PAYMENT POLICY
a. We offer Shipping and Gift Packing for shipping within India for the jewellery ordered on the Website.
Shipping is free for order values equal to and above INR 2000/-
However, any extra Taxes, Octroi and/ or duties as levied by a specific region/state will be applicable on actuals.
b. Shipping of the product shall be done through our trusted courier partners DTDC, Speed Post, Shiprocket or any other courier service provider.
c. We provide durable and exclusive tamper-proof packing and deliver it in an exclusive company labeled box. Delivery dates may differ for different products.
At the time of placing the order & checkout, the delivery timeline would be clearly mentioned.
d. The Company/Website reserves the right to release information about the user or their order to local, state, central or international law enforcement officials if required by the law or if authorized by a Court.
e. We do not ship internationally at the moment, but we will soon!
e. All the jewellery are dispatched at Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. The customer will have to pay the duties, if applicable, at the time of receiving the product.
f. Please take a video of the unboxing in case you need to apply for return for any damaged/broken product.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The goods were purchased in the last 14 days
The goods are in the original packaging
You send us the unboxing video (See Point f in the Shipping section above) which clearly shows the damaged Jewellery right out of the box.
Without the video we will not be able to accept any returns.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to Us. You should send the goods to the following address:
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
